Amenities include:
- gas "wood burning" stove
- new gas cooking stove/oven
- fans in great room, porch and bedrooms
- in floor radiant heat

- DVD player and movies
- 4 kayaks

- BBQ grill on screened in porch
The camp sleeps 4 - 6 with 2 XL twin beds in one room, a single XL twin and a queen-size bed in another. There is also a double sized futon in the great room and a very comfortable recliner.
All bedding and towels are supplied. There is a full bath for each bedroom and and half bath for the mudroom. There is also a washer and dryer but they are NOT to be used for "horse clothes".
The kitchen is stocked with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, dinnerware, a crockpot, a blender, and various non-stick pots and pans.
You can choose to eat in the kitchen, dining room or enjoy the large screened in porch with BBQ grill, ceiling fan, and seating for 4 - with a view of the barn.
In the evenings you can sit by the campfire, watch the stars and listen to your horses munch hay.
