More Info:

No need to bring stall cleaning tools as pitchforks, wheelbarrow, manure basket, shovel, and rake are provided. Water buckets are also provided but you should bring your own feed bucket.

Stalls are on sand so no need for bedding. Each stall has a rubber mat for the feeding area and tie rings to hang hay nets.

If you don't want to bring your own hay or if you run out, you can purchase bales of a mixed grass/timothy hay for $4.00 a bale. Just let us know before you arrive at camp and it will be waiting for you. Please pay for hay at time of check in. You are responsible for the full quantity you ordered regardless of how much you use.

Although you are a bit further than the other horse camps from the official Otter Creek Horse Trails, it is only a short ride to get to them. From Camp K, there is a marked "Blue Trail" that takes you to Tractor Road where you will turn left and to the intersection of McPhilmy and Beach Mill Roads. An official horse trails map will be provided for you when you arrive at the camp.
